Everyday we wake up in the morning and do whatever work like as daily routine. we found happiness outer ways. But didn’t found inner ways. it means happiness is not an item that can purchase. whenever we wake up in the morning try to this things its will helps to make your day priceless.

1. IN THE MORNING

whenever you are sleep in the morning and get up don’t open your eyes and take breadth and say thank you to breadth for the living life.

2. PLANNING

Than after close your eyes and make a plan for doing that day.

3. TIME SPEND WITH YOU

After make a planning whole day seeing on the mirror see on your eyes and says the positive affirmation like I am a beautiful, i am awesome person, today is a wonderful day whatever you are include it put it and say it. it will helps you to positive change in your life.

4. YOGA AND EXERCISE

Yoga and exercise will helps to you health life. minimum try to 30 minute meditation and 30 minute doing exercise. in the meditation do whatever you prefer any position to seat and doing pranayam but feel the take a breadth and release the breadth its will helps to know you’re alive.

5. REMOVE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

In the whole day you will remove the fear, forgot the past, release the pain and move on to the positive and happiness life. do not enter the negative things in your mind if they are coming just transforming in positive way.(like example I am unable to doing this work. in positive angle I am enough or i am best to able to doing this work.

6. TIME TO FOOD

Now time to Food, Take a food healthy if your love your body. if don’t than pay the doctor’s bill and medicine bill. so know your body and love your body.

7. LOVE YOUR SELF

priority to first your self if love your self than everybody loves you.

8. SPREADING HAPPINESS

spreading the happiness by many ways like say thank you by take help bye some one, write to thank you on a note and give to some people who had a great work and appreciated that things. if make on smile someone faces than you are happier too.

9. SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY

Time spend with your family and at least one time hug your parents. That time are really priceless movement that cant write on a words its just a feel and see how happiness are.

10. MEMORISE AND SUMMARISE

In the last but not the least things summaries  whole days. if write than write down on paper. if there are mistake and negative thoughts or guilty feel for some thing that write it another page and that destroy it. positive things keep with you for better life and negative things, pain just release it and keep calm and get the positive energy by own thoughts because your thought will become your future.
